Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply to payments for OutDeck, operated by Outsens Enterprise ("OutDeck", "we", "us", "our"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.
1. Free demo
The free demo does not require a card and involves no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed per shop, monthly or yearly. Except where required by law or stated in this policy, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period, for partial months, or for periods during which you did not use the Service.
3. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same subscription, or charged after a valid cancellation, contact us and we will investigate and refund any amount charged in error.
4. Service problems
If we are unable to provide the Service due to a fault on our side, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may provide a service credit or a refund, at our reasonable discretion or as required by law.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection law. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we will honour it.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@outdeck.app from your registered email address, within 14 days of the charge, and include your account details, the invoice or order number, and the reason for your request.
7. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
